Friday night JP sat in for LARRY KING on his show. The topic covered was the BP Oil catastrophe & why it's taken 3 weeks now ...to get absolutely NO WHERE on stopping the leak.. He had Bill Nye the science guy on, also Phillip Cousteau and several more including Anderson Cooper This one expert revealed a major discrepency in BP's statement on how many barrels a day is leaking into the ocean. This makes me sick. BP said last week that 5 thousand barrels a day are leaking. After he made his calculations & analysis all the others on the show weighed in & said his made sense. He provided the video of where the leak is gushing under water. JP asked him if he thought BP was deliberately hiding info or was it a mistake? The expert said he looked at the formula they used & it doesn't make sense to him... it's not leaking 5 thousand barrels a day it's leaking 70 thousand barrels a day on average. someone said pressure could be building up below the ocean floor.. It's insane while BP is so busy pointing the finger at the drilling co. & vice versa thousands of gallons of oil are gushing free. In the video you can see pockets of gas gushing out along side the oil. 11 people died, 6 dolphins have washed up on shore....so far, thousands of birds, fish, other mamals & their entire eco system have been destroyed. The marshland is a dying entity accross the world and should've been protected at all costs there's litterally thousands of sentient lifeforms are going to die and the devastation to the fishing industry there coupled with the poisons that will surely effect humans as well I'd say this is more catastrophic than the exon valdeze and the devastation will be felt half way around the world...So sad about the the dolphins.Ethan Zohn was on at the end talking about his cancer being in remission! Good for him. Jeff did an excellent job as usual.

Well, JP is off to another good start this season. Imbueding his usual good spirit and enthusiam into the challenges. With his fun-loving charm, sarcastic wit, and out-spoken comments, he is sure to razz a few at challenges and TC's this year.

My favorite remark comes from last season during an immunity challenge. He yelled out "Coach, falling farther behind....angry, frustrated......not prepared for the ROPE-A-DOPE challenge"!

I almost fell off the bed I was laughing so hard! It's no wonder he won another EMMY for BEST reality host again. So CONGRATS to Jeff and THANKS for entertaining us with your intelligent wit. SURVIVOR wouldn't be SURVIVOR without you!
