There's definitely some conflict going in both tribes. At Zhan Hu, I think Dave is trying too hard to be the leader and it's not sitting well with everyone else. I'm not really liking Dave right now, just because of his attitude. At Fei Long, Jean-Robert is indeed very lazy and hardly doing anything to contribute to camp. It's definitely putting him on the outs.

Fei Long wins the Reward Challenge, and a twist is revealed. The winning tribe gets to kidnap someone from the losing tribe and they get a secret bamboo case to open privately. Fei Long decides to kidnap Jaime. Jaime then finds out it's a clue to a Hidden Immunity Idol and has to give it to a member of Fei Long. She gives it to Leslie, and we do see the idol is in plain sight, they just don't know it yet.

Now comes the Immunity Challenge. Fei Long continues to dominate, sending Zhan Hu to another Tribal Council. It was partially Dave's fault because he wasted all his energy by doing too much around camp and not conserving energy for the challenge. Dave and Ashley are also on different ends with each other, so it looks to be one of those two who will be going home.

At Tribal Council, the heat is again on between Dave and Ashley. But in a 6-1 vote, Ashley is sent packing. I think they made a wrong choice, Dave should of gone instead. We'll see how this affects the game, see you next episode!
