wat if contestants are picked from a wide range.eg americans dwelling in america,africans from africa, chinese from china,indians from india etc. It would make it vast cover a wide range and popularity doubles. Please if u buy my idea, i would want to be the first contestant from my country nigeria. I knw am up to the task.

What if there was a merge then two tribal couclis after the merge they swithch to tribes. Then they merge again the day before the final tribal council and they have to come up with a new tribe name again.And the merge tribe's color is different then the last one.

With all the hidden immunity idol playing in recent years, I thought of an idea today that I think could make the game very interesting: how about something that prevents anyone from playing the hidden immunity idol during that tribal council? This would come with a catch though: it could only be used once during the course of the game, and if you're voted off in possession of it, it's gone from the game. It would work best on a season where there's an exile island, but when it's not used then you could have one at each camp, and there would be limited opportunities to find it.
What do you guys think?

Kind of like the star wars program eh Trax? good idea but I like hawkeye's better. I say only one HII for the whole game. Either that or 1 for each tribe but that's it. Once they are played - gone & done. I hate that they kept putting them back into play these last 2 seasons. I think it cheapens the game because all it's doing is pandering to a specific audience from these last 2 seasons - the RUSSELL WORSHIPERS - who think he's the cats meow. But It made the game way too easy for him.

The game starts with everyone for themselves. And it ends that way too. So if the game starts with 16 castaways. Then it will end with 14 jury members and a runner-up and one sole survivor.

Fake Hidden Immunity Idol planted by production crew

How about if the production crew planted several (about three) fake, flawlessly realistic hidden immunity idols placed on tribe's obvious/notable "landmarks" such as treemail among others and it contained a note only saying something like "present this before votes were being read". This popped out my mind as contestants in the future seasons will most likely look for the idol without clues following Russell's strategy from SAMOA. Unknown to the unlucky victim, the fake idol will be only tossed into the fire pit at tribal council. In addition, the clues to the real idol include the appearance and details to give suspicion for the clue holder.

Again, my idea of having a combination of a reward/challenge, by letting the WINNING tribe of the challenge vote off someone from the OPPOSING team, still rocks in my book. The old 'twists' of the game shook things up and its time they do so again. I also liked the idea before where winning tribes got to go the other tribes and take things from their camp. As far as bringing back those who were voted out, Im still not sure of that one, its been done before, but who knows, maybe they will do it again. Another idea I have, have a survivor of police officers vs firemen, or different branches of the military vs each other? Perhaps a bulk of the winnings could go to their fav charity and the winning sole survior win the rest of the money? Even better, a million goes to the winners fav charity and still gets a million of their own? Survivor has rewarded a 'second million dollars' before, remember RUPERT? And yes, I LOVE RUPERT, he is still my favorite survivor player!

I don't like your first three ideas, but I love the idea of the miltary vs. each other, and they could be currently in the military or served at one time in the past. Also Police vs. firemen is great idea .

Ok, Ive said this before in the past and I have to say it again. My idea for a 'real reward' for winning a challenge is to be able to vote off someone from the opposing tribe! Someone has to get voted off anyway for losing the challenge, why not let the winning team vote off someone from the opposing tribe? This would be great if done once or twice during the beginning of the season and definately before they merge together. I know that some of you have said, that it wouldnt work, the winning team would just vote off who they think is the strongest members of the opposing tribe... umm.. DUH! Who else would they vote off.. the weakest member? This would also be a great way to break up some 'alliances' they have been formed. I think this would work best, if done perhaps a few weeks before the merge comes. Also, what a way to get the tribes more motivated than to know that the other team has the chance to vote off one your members? Like I said, someone has to be voted off anyway, and this would be an excellent "twist' in the game, something that hasnt been seen in awhile. Too bad this idea wasnt put into play before, I do like to see and watch returning members come back for the different shows, but lets face it, THEY HAVE ALL HAD THEIR CHANCE TO WIN before, and some actually have won. If this idea was put into play, it can be done as a combination/reward challenge. Ive been a faithful watcher of survivor since it first aired, and the whole alliance thing with Hatch, set the stage for all future shows. This could definately shake things up!! Again, like I said, doing this a few weeks before they merge, already having the chance to form some alliances and do some back stabbing, would be .......very interesting! Sorry folks, but I dont think I can rest easy until I see this done at least once.. hahaha!

We have seen it on other shows, why not have people come in as teams of two. No one knows who is teamed with who or which tribe their team mate is on. When one is voted off so is the other, they HAVE to work together... play both sides, or the same side. This would add a whole new dimension to the game.

How about the one voted off before they could prove themselves worthy coming back, no former winners.People like Jonathan and Wanda who got out before the game was into 2 days.And maybe some who had to leave the game for medical reasons like Mike Stuben.

You're probably right...I'm sure there are people voted out early that we never got a chance to see their character develop...I'll complain and moan about returning players ...but Survivor always surprises...enjoy
