- Survivor: Australian Outback - such an awesome season, great cast, harsh location. I liked tina and how colby gave the money to her in the end, this will always be my favorite season. michael burning his hands, beef jerky incident and colby dominating the challenges, never gets old which is why i bought this on dvd.

-
Survivor: Australian Outback: Greatest cast ever (Elisabeth, Colby, Michael, Jerri, Jeff, Tina), incredible storylines, great location. -
Survivor: Micronesia: Great series of blindsides, dumb moves, one of my favourite winners. -
Survivor: Cook Islands: Great comeback, memorable cast -
Survivor: Pearl Islands: Fan favourite (Rupert) against despised villain (Fairplay), memorable moments, unpredictible boot order. -
Survivor: All Stars: Rob powering his way through the game, Lex's blunder, extremely bitter jury, very dramatic season. -
Survivor: China: Memorable cast, very strategic winner, introducing James, Amanda and Courtney -
Survivor: Palau: Deserving winner, pre-merge better than post-merge. Memorable final three challenge -
Survivor: Amazon: Rob C. was a strategic mastermind, Jenna evolved during the season and became one of my fav winners. -
Survivor: Gabon: I liked this season more than others did. Decent cast, great twists, Bob's fake idol. -
Survivor: Borneo: I'll give it credit due to being the first season, but I can't re-watch it at all. -
Survivor: Marquesas: I also like this season more than most others. The Rotu 4 being exterminated was fun to watch. -
Survivor: Africa: Lex, Big Tom, Kelly Goldsmith and Brandon's HUGE blunder should've made this a great season, but no water source = yawn. -
Survivor Guatemala: I don't have any great memories of this season. -
Survivor: Exile Islands: Meh. Horrible original tribes. Shane was funny as hell though. -
Survivor: Tocantins: JT, Coach and Tyson saved this season. Sierra and Sydney were also alright. -
Survivor Thailand: It isn't a good season, but I've rewatched it a bit and I don't think it is the worst. There were some people I liked (Penny, Robb Z, Ken), and watching Robb Z evolve thoughout the season was nice to watch. Still didn't save the season though. -
Survivor Vanuatu: Just a boring season overall. -
Survivor Samoa: There is a certain person who was shoved down our thoats during this season who I can't stand. I won't bring up any names though. -
Survivor Fiji: Just a horrid season.
Toonytown's:
1.

Australian Outback- Great cast, the most difficult locatioon ever, and my favorite winner ever.
2.

Cook Islands- Classic underdog story, best Final 4 in the history of survivor.
3.

Micronesia- Amazing women alliance, would've been better if Amanda had won instead of Parv.
4.

Marquesas-Great cast, and most amazing power shift ever, but terrible winner.
5.

Palau-Stephenie proved her strength, but Koror winning every immunity was boring.
6.

Africa-Great twist that got rid of a jerk, and an amazing winner.
7.

Guatemala-Steph and Bobby Jon came back, really good winner.
8.

China-Amanda emerged, interesting cast, especially Amanda, Courtney and Leslie.
9.

Amazon-Great cast, interesting twist, and amazing winner.
10.

Exile Island-Great runner up and twists.
11.

Gabon-Great winner, but about half the cast was annoying or jerks.
12.

Tocantins-Pretty good winner, and two of the greatest underdogs ever(Erinn and Sierra).
13.

Borneo-Overrated season, annoying winner, but great cast.
14.

Vanuatu-Awful final 3, but Eliza and the female alliance rocked.
15.

Heroes vs Villains-Amanda came back, but my 3 least faves ever(Parv,Russell, and Rupert) and winner were brought back.
16.

All-Stars-Awful winner, and Romber and th Robfather were so annoying, but Shii Ann actually outlasted a Chapera.
17.

Samoa-Focused on Russell and not better player, like Monica, Natalie, Brett, and Liz.
18.

Fiji-Yau-Man rocked, but Dreamz made this season unbearable.
19.

Thailand-Game fell into Brian's hands and boring cast, except for Tanya, Penny, Jan, and Shii Ann.
20.

Pearl Islands-Awful cast(Sandra and Rupert), terrible outcast twist, and one of the worst winners ever.
himehime
1. Palau
Favourite cast ever ~ Angie, James, Janu, Steph, Gregg, Jenn, Katie, Ian, Tom = AWESOME Satisfying Winner Cool Location Epic Korror Blowout
2. Pearl Islands
Awesome Cast ~ everyone except Lil, Shawn, skinny Ryan, and Nicole were aweosme. Not the most strategic winner, but a funny one. First time they went to Panama, so it wasnt boring yet, but it was a fairly average location. Stupid Outcast twist, but it gave Fairplay a partner, and without this the season may not have turned out so epic. Plus the Outcasts only took Osten and Shawn out of the game, and Osten and Shawn sucked.
3. China
Awesome Cast ~ everyone had a story, a refreshing turn from the unbalanced edits in Fiji and the Cooks Awesome Winner Cool Location No stupid twists, except the worst tribal swap ever Awesome blindside when James went home.
4. Micronesia
Great Cast ~ all the all-stars were great, plus awesomely crazy Kathy, stupid Jason, and big haired equally stupidErik Awesome Winner Reused location, but it was still cool. Great twist in the fans vs faves. Awesome blindsides, and the idol took out someone i didnt' care about, i.e. Alexis
5. All-Stars
Okay cast, but Kelly Goldsmith shouldn't have just been an alternate, and should have been switched with Amber Okay Winner Reused Location that was pretty average and boring. no unfair twists would have been better if the biggest characters didn't all go pre-merge. The only big characters left were Lex, Kathy, Rupert, and Rob
6. Australia
Epic Cast ~ Maralyn, Kimmi, Michael, Jeff, Jerri, Rodger, Liz = Epic Okay Winner, but a no unfair twists, but Michael+Kimmi did screw Kutcha worst final three possible out of the cast left at the merge
7. Amazon
Good Cast ~ Rob, Deena, Jenna = Awesome, should have stuck together at final eight and beyond Okay winner, hated her on the show but love her now no unfair twists Girls vs. Guys was a great idea Awesome Location
8. Gabon
Awesome Cast ~ Sugar, Kenny, Crystal, Corinne, Randy, Ace = awesomeness WORST WINNER EVER ~ Bob even admitted in his jury speech that he had no plan stupid second swap the idols didnt' screw anyone over BEST LOCATION EVER
9. Borneo
Well rounded edit and cast Classic Great, Deserving Winner, though I was rooting for anyone but Rich, except Rudy, who would've been the worst winner ever no dumb twists boring location, but it was the first time, so whatever
10. Exile Island
Epic characters on Casaya ~ Shane, Cirie, Courtney, Bruce Great gameplay by some. Fairly bland winner Stupidest twist ever in the idol. It guaranteed Terry final four, and it caused Cirie to get the boot, as with no idol, im sure Terry would've been booted at final 4 Boring location, and the third time there
11. Cook Islands
Some good characters, but unbalanced editing (Rebecca, Brad, Jenny, Becky, Sundra) Super boring final five, one of the worst ever. Horribly bland winner Unfair idol guaranteed a place for Yul at the final tribal. A Parvati, Candice, Jonathan final three would have been awesome, and without dumb twists it would have happened, which is probably why all three have been brought back
12. Vanuatu
Bland Cast, but Ami, Twila, and Eliza were awesome reused guys vs. girls ~boring cool location (loved the earthquake) ****** winner ~ anyone would have been better no unfair twists
13. Marquesas
boring cast nothing really good or really bad about this season
14. Guatemala
some epic blindsides in Jamie and Judd, but overall it was a pretty boring season, and not that memorable, but a great location that was really different
15. Africa
some awesome characters in Lex, Tom and Kelly really bland location, it was all the same dull beige colour no dumb twists boring winner a forgettable season
16. Samoa
WORST EDITING EVER Russell didn't even play well, and the huge amount of people who say he is the best ever, including Probst, drive me crazy. He was a bad player so he lost. Plus hes a sore looser. This season would have been last, but Natalie beating him made it have atleast one great moment, which is better than the three seasons below. worst idol playing ever
17. Thailand
horrible clast ~ Helen was the only one that i didn't find boring horrible gameplay ~ more predictable boot order ever, yet nobody stopped it vile winner ~ possible in jail for shooting a puppy, or something like that boring location ~ looked just like all the other island seasons, but with a cave
18. Fiji
horrible cast ~ the only enertaining people went fairly early, those being Sylvia, James, and Lisi, plus Dreamz was the dumbest survivor ever (seriously, as an adult he sould be able to speak in a gramatically correct manner) boring winner bland location WORST TWIST EVER ~ so unfair
19. Tocantins
horrible cast ~ everyone was boring but Coach, who i coulndt stand, and some premerge boots, like Sandy hated the reverse pagonging of Timbira, horrible gameplay on their part few people were playing to win boring winner, though i love him now on Heroes vs. Villans horrible location, dull and dirty like Africa really forgettable and boring the whole time
SurvivorHVVs (excluding Africa - The Amazon [have yet to watch those]):
-
All-Stars: Awesome cast with classic moments. Great final two, the Romber relationship was great. Classic moments when Jerri got booed of the stage, Sue and Jenna M. quitting, and Lex making one of the biggest blunders in the game by voting Jerri off instead of Amber -
The Australian Outback: Awesome cast, nice location, and classic moments, such as the flood, Mike falling in the fire, Colby taking Tina, and just about everything else. A very entertaining season. -
Heroes vs. Villains: The best season in recent memory, mostly due to bringing back some of the best contestants to ever play the game. The Rob vs. Russell showdown made for some of the best episodes of the series, and classic moments, like J.T. giving his idol to Russell and Tyson voting himself off. An okay winner, but it would’ve been better if Parvati won, and it would’ve been nice to see some other contestants cast (i.e. Richard Hatch, Jonny Fairplay, Yau-Man, Rafe, Jenna Morasca, etc.) -
Gabon: Great cast, the location was a pleasant change. A great winner and the challenges were great. Randy, Bob, Charlie, Corinne, and Marcus made this season. -
Pearl Islands: For the first time in Panama, it was a good location. The cast was great, specifically Sandra, Rupert, and Jonny Fairplay, but it loses points for the Outcast twist -
Samoa: The hilarious reverse-Pagonging, a great cast, one of the most shocking evacuations since Mike Skupin fell in the fire happened when Russell S. collapsed, and amazing challenges. Though I don’t call myself a Russell H. fan, it would have been better if he won -
Micronesia: Loved the fans vs. favorites twist, and the cast was just awesome. The favorites were excellent picks (yes, even Jonny Fairplay) and the fans were entertaining. Chet and Joel were the 21st century odd-couple -
Nicaragua: Another underrated season. A good cast, but a lot of characters went to early (Jimmy Johnson, Yve, Kelly B.). An awesome winner, but the other two finalists were terrible. Gains points for the sheer presence of Marty, Brenda, Jane, and Fabio. Hell, even NaOnka was mildly entertaining -
Vanuatu: An underrated season. The location was great (remember the earthquake), the challenges were fun, and included great characters (Eliza, Ami, Twila, Chris), and had a good but underrated winner. -
China: Loved the cast, an awesome final three, and the challenges were awesome and unique. -
Tocantins: No memorable moments, but an entertaining cast (J.T., Tyson, Coach, Sierra, Taj, and Erinn) and great winner. The challenges were pretty good, and the location was a nice change -
Guatemala: An okay cast and winner, and it was nice to see Stephenie and Bobby Jon back a second time. Good location, and the challenges were great -
Cook Islands: Boring final five, and definitely an overrated season. Hardly entertaining before the mutiny, and even afterwards was still dull. Gains points for certain cast members (Parvati, Candice, Cao-Boi) and challenges. -
Palau: Got excruciatingly boring and repetitive. Sure, Ulong’s massive failure as a tribe was hilarious, especially when they were whittled down to one, but after the merge it was the most boring season ever. -
Panama: An okay season, but pretty predictable. Not the best cast. Terry going on an immunity run was great, but the Pearl Islands a third time? Terrible. -
Borneo: Overrated season. Classic characters, but boring challenges and a predictable boot order. Avoids bottom place since it’s the first season. -
Fiji: Great challenges, but few cast members were actually entertaining or likeable
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1.

My first season, and still my favorite. Good cast, great villian, my favorite survivor (Eliza).
2.

Loved the cast, I actualy liked (and defend) the outcast twist, and I loved Sandra.
3.

Great challenges, great location, some memorable moments, and one of my alltime favorite winners. I reeeeally didin't like Amanda though.
4.

A salute to the worst tribe ever, Ulong! An amazing number of firsts, which ten season in, is an impresive achievment
5.

I actualy did not like the original All Stars, at all. I was amazed by how much I did like this season. Good challenges, good cast, and seeing Russle loose made it awesome.
6.

A very strong season overall. Dynamic cast, good challenges, and whatever you want to say about Coach, he made the season memorable, even if he is crazy.
7.

Amanda still drove me nuts, but Eliza came back, Eric proved you can play this game with half a brain, and a good finale.
8.

I think this is the most underated season. It had a lot of memorable moments, and a winner who was both nice and deserved to win.
9.

Quitters make me ill, so a double quiting made me want to puke. The cast was a good one though, and a good finale helped things.
10.

I love Australia...but it hasn't aged well at all. It shouldn't have been 42 days, since for the finale they didn't do much! It's my favorite "What If?" season though, what if Kucha had merged with 6?
11.

The original, there would be no Survivor without this one. If Australia has aged poorly, this one has aged like milk. Their is a lot of nothing, and I hate Greg, but still a great cast.
12.

A very Meh season. It gave us Exile island, and it can keep it as far as I'm concerned. Outside of Terry, I didn't really like or dislike the cast.
13.

I barely remember this season, other then it has the single worst winner of the game, the worst removel of a player, and one of the coolest women ever (kick ass Kathy)
14.

A season where nothing really happened, an overated season. I didn't mind the racial tribe division (since Survivor was originaly billed as a social experiment), and Yul was a great player, but not much happened this season.
15.

I think the location hurt this one. The Amazon was a very dull place to put this game, didn't look nice, looked like every other tropical forrest. Also, outside of Rob C. and a few others, the cast felt interchangable to me.
16.

I hate Russle. I hate Russle. I hate Russle. I hate the editors for focusing so much time on Russle.
17.

Wow, talk about your out of controll ego's. The jury this season was one of the single most bitter, none of them seemed to realize that THIS IS A GAME.
18.

A really dull season. Beautifull location, but a lame cast. My homestate was represented by Crystal, imagine how proud I feel. Also had one of my least favorite survivors, Sugar.
19.

The single least memorable cast. Outside of Stephanie, Bobby Jon, and Rafe, I do not remember a single one of them including the winner! The location hurt it, the challenges sucked, and the finale made me grind my teeth.
20.

Why!? Why was there a Have/Have Not twist? It was stupid on the Apprentice, it was stupid here too! Outside of Yau Man and Earl, the cast stunk, and I loathe Dreamz.
21.

Even years later, the worst. A boring season, a mean cast, a wretched finale. Outside of ShiI Ann, I hated EVERY cast member with an intense passion. Brian is arguably less likeable then Rich, Vecepia, Jenna M, and Aras. Good riddance.
jocman96's

1. Great blindsides, some of my favorite contestants, and some stupid moves made this the best, no doubt. I wish J.T. didn't make that move and I wish Tom stayed longer but I still liked this season.

2. A great season where my two favorites, Yul and Ozzy, made it to the end. I think everyone overreacted to the tribes. Parvati, Adam, and Johnathon were great too. It also had the greatest comeback in Survivor history.

3. Probably the hottest final two, this season was full of great blindsides that made this season fun and interesting. Parv is still a good winner and Erik is the dumbest survivor ever. Wish Johnathon wouldn't leave due to injury.

4. My favorite winner of all, had the worst tribe in survivor history and just a fun season overall. Tom, Ian, Jenn, Steph, and Gregg were my favorites.

5. Say what you want about Russell, but that guy knew how to make an interesting season. I'm not saying he was deserving of winning, but he deserved it more than Natalie. The jury was so bitter.

6. This season was full of great moments. Seeing all the winners picked off and Lex getting betrayed were very different. I'm okay with Amber winning but Rob deserved it more. I was sorta surprised by the jury and how bitter they were.

7. A great season overall. A good villain in Jerri and Colby was great. Would've liked it more if Colby won but Tina was okay.

8. One of the best winners in Todd. Courtney was funny as hell and James was cool. Amanda may be hot, but she needs to know how to work a jury. Great moment when James got blindsided with both idols.

9. The original Survivor, a good season and a good winner. Loved the Snakes and Rats speech and theirs not much else to say.

10. Even though you could pretty much predict who was going home throughout the merge and Matt's stupidity made RI look bad, Rob did play a near perfect game where the jury was a helluva lot less bitter. Wish Russell would've lasted longer but it did cause the downfall of Zapatera. Redemption Island does have potential.

11. Another great winner with a series of good blindsides. JT, Tyson, Coach, Sierra, and Taj were my favorites overall.

12. I think this season was underrated. Chris was great winner and very deserving.

13. This season had a great winner in Bob. Ken pulled off some nice blindsides. Bob, Marcus, and Charlie were my favorites.

14. I love the dead grandma lie. Fairplay, Ryno, Rupert, and Andrew were all cool. Sandra was an okay winner. I hated the outcast twist.

15. Fabio, Jane, and Benry were cool but Chase and Sash pissed me off so much. Marty and Brenda were good game players, it was too bad they left right after the merge.

16. Ethan and Big Tom were great. Ethan deserved to win but this wasn't that memorable of a season.

17. Rob C. made this season. I didn't really care for Jenna and I didn't care for the location.

18. I don't care for Cirie. The only people I liked were Terry and Shane. I really wanted Terry to win but he didn't, not much else to say.

19. A pretty dull season. Earl and Yau-Man were great but everyone else sucked. Glad Earl won. I hate Dreamz

20. Rob went too early. I hated the purple rock and the winner.

21. Rafe was the only person I liked. Steph went from being one of my favorites to one of my least favs.

22. I hated everyone in this season. It was boring as hell.
Survivor Season Rankings: Personal Favorites
-After going back and watching all the seasons again, this was ranked mostly on re-watchability. I will be adding my reasoning for the rankings at a later date. Will try to leave out potential spoilers for those who have not seen them.
-This season keeps you guessing all the way through.Definitely had the most unforgettable tribal councils I have ever seen.
-This season is ranked so high for me because of the cast (??which is questionable to a certain degree based on the controversy of casting); however, that aside the interactions at camp throughout the entire season was really entertaining)
-Solelybased on thenostalgia you get when watching. It's the reason I started watching survivor. Richard Hatch to me is still the best, and most entertaining survivor to play -- the man had the biggest target on his back in All-Stars; he got voted off just for the sake of the othercompetitors being able to say theyvoted off Richard Hatch. Russel got similar treatment in Redemption Island season.
-Very entertaining. One of the biggestback stabs (Boston Rob and Lex), felt really sorry for Lex. This season made me strongly dislike Rob, until I saw him again on Hero's vs.Villains (seriously how bad did that tribe suck in challenges after he left?). It was great being able to see familiar cast members take each other out. Really raised the bar, on how the game could be played, for following seasons.
*Really entertaining so far, could change however.Interestingly, had the unorthodox, two opposing tribes work together at merge approach, that has made this season really unpredictable so far. Has really mixed things up so far. However, have noticed with this season and with All-stars; whenever there are three teams, one of them ends up stinking it up (sorry Matsing).
-Overall, really great. Mike Skupin gets the back-to-backappearanceon the list hear. This is when survivor was about the interactions at camp and about being able to ACTUALLY survive (some tribes have really been terrible at that). Survivor Gabon nod to Jeff Probst at reunion, "learn to build a fire before playing survivor!" Classic season, and Jerry was our first survivorvillain. Colby getshonorable mention, and say what you want about him at challenges in Hero's vs.Villainsbut he did survive... the SPOILER ALERT, longest of the Hero's.
-Yau-man/Earl combo was great! First fake immunity idol. Loved the idol beingburied at camp twist; that made for some great survivor. Dreamz disgusts me as a player; the way Yau-man gotdeceivedwas just awful. Most difficult to watch tribal council I have ever seen.
-Russel just dominated this season. Just amazing how he could find so many hidden immunity idols... some of them he doesn't even have to look for (see H vs V). Too bad he doesn't understand how to actually WIN the game... don't let the jury know you are the one blindsiding them; however, hisvibrato does make for some really interesting moments.
-Rupert! What a guy a dominate personality. Stealing the other tribes shoes was a great moment. Sandra does deservehonorable mention -- while she isn't myfavorite player, I give her credit for being a really sharp person. She really does know what is going on around her in the game, and is great at adapting.
-The biggest reason why I enjoyed this one so much was for the interactions at camp. The men vs. women dynamic made for some really funny moments. Rob C. is an overrated player. He was good, but I have seen better play.
-Chris' performance is what makes this one rank so high, this is an underrated season (also the one that directly follows on my list). Amazing how Chris was able to knock off the women's alliance one by one.
-First time a tribe was completely wiped out. It was both a great and not so great moment (I liked Steph and Bobby-John). Tom really dominated this season, and he did a good job in H vs. V, especially with the numbers not being in his corner.
-For me Fabio really made this season.
-This is only up so high because of Boston's Rob's dominating performance (I would hope so after 4 seasons). Got to love the "buddy system," and him throwing the clue in the volcano. Hated the new twist, redemption island. Phillip made for some interesting moments in the show; however, I have no interest in seeing him in another season. He was really... I won't say it, but you know what I mean if you saw the season.
-Really great job by JT! In my opinion Taj was really underrated. Sierra couldn't do anything if her life depended on it. The Coach/Tyson tandem made for some great moments on this show; glad they were able to team up again on H vs V.
- A lackluster cast with the exception of Bob, Ace, and a couple ofvillains (Corrine and Randy).
-In my opinion, this is the season in which the game stopped being played "with honor," as coach would say (alliances didn't mean a whole lot). Also had the infamous purple rock.
-Overall, very predictable, and very boring. Had one of the most hated players EVER... I don't even have to say his name.
-Not worth watching again, sorry.
